Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 ounce Salmon canned or fresh
  • Breadcrumbs or crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 Large egg or flaxseed “eggs” for a vegan option
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tbsp Smoked paprika
  • ¼ tbsp Garlic powder or minced scallions
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tbsp Pepper
  • ½ cup Chopped onions or bell peppers
  • Dill or parsley optional
  • Crushed potato chips or panko breadcrumbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Drain canned salmon or flake fresh salmon into a bowl, removing any bones.
  • Add breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and seasonings (Old Bay, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper).
  • Mix gently with a fork to avoid making the mixture too dense.
  • Scoop 1/4-cup portions of the mixture and shape into 1-inch thick patties.
  • Press the edges gently to seal without squeezing too much.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place patties on a parchment-lined tray in the air fryer.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check if the patties reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.
