- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
- Add shredded chicken and mix gently.
- Fold in shredded cheddar and optional blue cheese crumbles.
- Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or celery sticks.
