Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan optional
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Pound the pork chops to an even thickness if needed.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk or water, and one with panko breadcrumbs (add Parmesan if using).
  4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
  5. Dip into the egg mixture, ensuring full coverage.
  6. Coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Fry pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
